Seemingly random AV thought

Oh, want to know what I learned today? When you remotely install Symantec’s Corporate edition AV product, make sure the user either has Outlook closed when you do it, or restarts Outlook immediately after you do it. The Outlook add-in does some things that make certain features of Outlook go pretty bonkers. Nothing a quick restart of Outlook won’t solve, but why put users through that panic? Especially when it’s your boss’s machine that displays the problem. Oops! *L*
