XML feed

ByMike McBride Reading Time: 1 minute

The XML feed has a buggy character in it somewhere and isn’t working in amphetadesk, and maybe other aggregators. I’ll work on rooting it out sometime today, please be patient.

Of course you’re not getting this update when I post it because blogger isn’t working either. Gonna be one of those days, isn’t it?

Obviously, I got blogger to publish. Had to enter the FTP server as an IP address instead of the URL, they must be having some sort of DNS problem.

I’m not the biggest fan of year end reports to begin with, but when certain things get entered into the database incorrectly and throw off the year end reports, and I have to go back and fix the records so I can then fix the reports, I can get even more ugly than usual. Not…

As someone who has been job-hunting online, I’ve seen my share of these types of scam emails. I’m glad to see someone getting the word out about these things. The best ones though are the “we can help you get you a job, but we can’t give out any private information about how we do…

Angela, beat me to the details of the mystery weekend, including some pictures. I haven’t even offloaded pics from the CF card of my digital camera yet. I’m such a slacker. No, instead I was looking at some interesting things that came across my aggregator while I was sans internet connection. Check last nights postings…

I swear my work life gets more like Office Space everyday. We’re planning to introduce, by the first of the year, a new policy which will govern the proper way for the organization to recognize staff birthdays, weddings, child births, family deaths, etc. Apparently, someone has been discussing and working on this policy since the…

I don’t write about sports on here much, because there are plenty of places to get into pseudo-religious arguments about sports online, but wow what a game and I can’t believe that Ohio State is going to the Fiesta Bowl! Of course, with the win, I’m just as glad that we don’t have to drive…
