More problems

Yeah I had to take the referrer script down again. At least now I know why the results keep stretching the table width to ridiculous proportions. If a website does not specify a page name, the script prints out the entire URL. Since there’s no space in the URL the table doesn’t try to wrap to the next line, the way it’s supposed to. So when a URL like “http://pro2.blogger.com/blog.pyra?blogID=3084720”, which is the URL I edit my blog from and the one I preview it from, gets tossed into the results, the table width changes to accommodate the entire title on one line. That’s not good at all. Obviously, since I’ve had no luck installing the script locally, and can’t access the remote one to disallow that URL, it’s going to show up in the results and screw up the width of the table. Grrr. Even if I could get it to ignore that URL, there’s no guarantee that it won’t happen from somewhere else, so it’s bye-bye for now.

At least that’s the way I see it.

It’s almost enough to make me want to switch to Radio or learn CSS, so I can use some of these scripts, but I don’t even have time to deal with that for quite a while.
