A random thought

Just something that occurred to me today when I had someone looking at my Flickr photos. I purposely resize all the photos I put up in my Flickr account, and also in the galleries to be smaller than the original, for a couple of reasons. One, so they load quicker, two, to keep the storage size down on my hosting account and three, to keep myself easily within the monthly limits of the free Flickr account.

However, lest you think I’m being a scrooge about the original quality photos, if you happen to see something you like in any of those places, something you want to print, or use as wallpaper, or whatever, just drop me an email. Most of the time I have the full size photos and I’ll be glad to send them to you.

Why War Pigs? Because that’s the song that’s been stuck in my head since about 3AM yesterday morning. It was planted there by our neighbors, who normally we hardly ever hear a peep out of and are really nice guys. I’m guessing they celebrated the New Year a little harder than usual and for some…
