Hmmm

You ever have on of those days that makes you wonder why you ever thought working with technology was a good idea? Anyone have any jobs that I could do that don’t involved dealing with users, vendors, or hosting companies? That would be sweet..

By the way, this is the first time I’ve actually been able to reach blogger’s servers to post all day. The other site is back, sort of. I’ve put back a backup copy of the forums from a couple of weeks ago, so some stuff is missing, but I’m having great difficulty getting Movable Type to cooperate, along with a couple of other, smaller bugs in the site setup. I assume I’ll have to go and do a full reinstall of MT tonight and tomorrow to get it working, ugh!

And I haven’t even told you about the work problems, those details will be left secret because it’s just another rant about users that you’ve all heard a billion times. *L*

In between, I’ll be helping set up a PowerPoint presentation for a meeting, dealing with some…

I’ve written before about my reluctance to use Google Calendar because my whole schedule is in Outlook and I have used Yahoo’s for keeping my wife informed on my calendar because Google doesn’t have an easy way to synchronize with Outlook. I thought today when I saw a link to this post about Remote Calendars…

  • A big step

I took the big plunge last night. Now that I’ve transferred over all the content from the Geocities site to either this location or the child abuse site, I went ahead and deleted the Geocities site. It is no more, after 6 years of existence and many different permutations. It’s time to move on to…
